1. Services

LGC Largo Concrete provides concrete contracting services in Largo, FL and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, repairs, and decorative concrete work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon invoice unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our work and provide warranties on our concrete installations. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be specified in your contract. Warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to project scope must be requested in writing and may affect pricing and timeline. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled work begins. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of scheduled start date.

6. Property Access and Conditions

Client agrees to provide clear access to work areas and to maintain a safe environment for our crew. Client is responsible for relocating vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items from work areas. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked by utility companies.

7. Weather and Delays

Concrete work is weather dependent. Projects may be delayed due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that would compromise quality. We will reschedule as soon as conditions allow and will communicate any delays promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be handled according to Florida state law in Pinellas County.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
